Information
*dematting is not a guarantee that we will be able to leave the coat long. Dematting is the safe removal of matts, either by gently brushing out with a conditioning treatment, spot shaving, or shaving short all-over. We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet is severely matted. We will then recommend grooming at a veterinarian. Please take note to care for their skin after they are shaved short. They will feel weird and uncomfortable, and may start to lick areas because of this. Excessive licking can cause irritation and hot spots.
*deshedding treatment is using a combination of products and a variety of tools to work out the undercoat. Opening up the coat can cause the pet to shed lightly up to a couple of days after treatment. After this period, you will notice less shed around the home. Keeping to a 4-8 week schedule is the best option for less shed.

Geriatric Grooming
An exrtra handling fee may be applied. Please reach our to us for more details if your pet has reached an advanced age.
When our pups get older, grooming gets much more intense and physically stressful on their bodies. This also makes it more strenuous on the groomer’s body as they try their best to accommodate and provide additional comfort. In this case, it may take many breaks in the session. Depending on how advanced in age your dog is, we may not be able to do a full or fancy haircut like we used to when they were young. Prepare for more utility cuts or no haircuts at all at a certain age- for the sake of their comfort. Rates for geriatric pets typically start when it becomes much more difficult for the pet and groomer vs. a specific age since different breeds and sizes age so differently.
Intro To Grooming
$40-$65
A mini grooming session for puppies at a lower rate. This is a great service to allow your puppy to form a bond with your groomer. This is a slow and steady approach to introducing the tools and environment to your puppy. Grooming will always be a part of their lives. Let’s help make it a positive experience by booking a couple Intro sessions before their first big spa day. Special pricing is for puppies 6 months and younger only. Inquire further for pricing based on breed, size, and age.
